Cancellation Policy

The following terms of Services apply to all potential clients of JLW Medical Management Consulting, LLC and defines the relationship. JLW Medical Management Consulting, LLC offers business consultations to mental health practice owners and its representatives interested in our healthcare business consulting & outsourced management services. Before JLW Medical Management Consulting, LLC can be retained for its services JLW Medical Management Consulting, LLC requires prospective clients engage in a paid consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to determine if JLW Medical Management Consulting would be a great fit for your business needs/projects. During the consultation we will provide a preliminary assessment of your needs, discuss what services we think would be a great fit for your project/challenges, and provide a general overview of pricing structures. A consultation does not mean we have entered into a consultant/client relationship. If we cannot service your needs we will inform you and provide you a referral if we have that expert in our network. Consultations are recorded and a copy of the recording is provided to you. If you decide you would like to enter into a client/consultant relationship upon the conclusion of your consultation a statement of work will be provided to you along with an estimate. If you agree with the statement of work you will need to electronically sign it. The prospective client should not sign the statement of work if they do not agree with the outlined terms. Once we have received your signature we will forward a contract. Failure to sign the contract within 30-days from receipt will result in your contract being voided. Consultations require a payment of $2,750 at the time of booking. We do not offer payment plans for this service. If you become a client the payment will be deducted from your first bill. Cancellations made 48hrs or more prior to your appt incur no penalty. You'll be able to reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations made within 48hrs of your appt forfeit 50% of the deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appt requires a new Deposit. Canceling a rescheduled appointment results in forfeited deposit, and future scheduling may be restricted. No-shows result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit. The prospective client agrees to indemnify JLW Medical Management Consulting, LLC. against any losses, damages, claims, or expenses resulting from the consultations provided.
